Warranty
My Anxiety Ring warranty period is 90 days of your product arrival. Any faulty / defective jewellery will be replaced free of charge within this timeframe.
Exchanges
If something is not precisely the best fit, please contact us within 30 days of the order delivery date at hello@myanxietyring.com.au to advise on the steps. Only unused items are eligible for an exchange.
Any associated postage costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility, with items packed appropriately and must have tracking.

Change of Mind Returns
Please drop us a line at hello@myanxietyring.com.au prior to sending your ring back for a refund.

To receive a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it and in the original packaging. Once a return is received and inspected, an email will be sent out to notify that the product has been received.

Refunds
To receive a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it and in the original packaging.
Once your return claim is processed, your refund will be issued, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days. You will receive an email notification when the refund is processed.
Please note that change-of-mind refunds are subject to a $15 restocking fee, in accordance with ACCC guidelines. This fee covers administrative and processing expenses, as well as shipping costs initially incurred by us.
Refunds will not be offered for NDIS purchases.
If you haven't received the refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
