Orders are shipped from Sydney using Australia Post service. It takes 1-6 business days for the anxiety ringto arrive at your door if shipped via express shipping; and 2 to 8 business days if shipped with standard shipping.

International orders will arrive within 15 - 25 business days, depending on your location.

We are happy to offer you a refund or exchange. You only have to pay a flat fee for the shipping, the replacement ring is on us 😀

Please note that change of mind refunds will incur a 20% restocking fee, compliant to ACCC guidelines. 

Also, if the order had free shipping (this means the shipping costs were paid by us), the shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. 

Refunds  will not be offered for NDIS purchases.

Once your return claim is processed, your refund will be issued, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days. You will receive an email notification when the refund was processed.
