If Self-Managed

There are two options:

1. Order from the website as normal and pay upfront using our payment options

You submit your invoice to NDIS yourself. As we receive payment upfront we send the items out immediately.  Let us know you need an invoice by adding some comments in the Cart or drop us a line on hello@myanxietyring.com.au.

2.  Let us know which anxiety ring you want to purchase so we can generate an invoice

If you prefer to claim funds prior to purchasing let us know the list of products and the details required for the invoice at hello@myanxietyring.com.au. We will send you a TAX Invoice via email so you can claim it via the NDIS online portal. Once you are reimbursed by the NDIS, you can order from the website as normal and pay with your preferred payment method. Alternatively, you can transfer the funds to our BSB and Account Number and we can send the order to you.

 If Plan Managed by an Agency

In this case, the Plan Manager/ 3 Party Agency pays us directly for resources.

• name & NDIS number to be included on the invoice
• delivery address and name & contact phone number 
• email address of your plan manager to forward the invoice to
• we will also email you a copy

As soon as payment is received, we post the items to your preferred address and send you the tracking number.
