My Anxiety Ring started with curiosity — a spinning ring while working from home during Covid. My friends started wearing one too, and we discovered it helped with things none of us had anticipated. ADHD, nail biting, skin picking — things we'd been quietly managing for years.

So when we returned to the office, I went looking for something better — elegant designs, premium materials, the kind that you'd wear to a meeting and receive compliments for. I'm a silver girl. My friends? Gold. So the range grew to fit us all — and everyone else too, because not everyone works in an office in Darling Harbour.
